PromptBase’s solo operator puts always-on agents across support, engineering and marketing
A solo marketplace is testing whether a persistent agent team can substitute for organizational scale.
The marketplace’s operator assigned Grok Bot agents to answer support email, write code, monitor infrastructure and grow social reach. The agents collaborated on a customer bug and autonomously deployed an account-warning feature derived from support demand, while the operator reported lock-in, broad data access and reduced visibility into the business. The experiment shows how a one-person content marketplace can widen its operating capacity, but only by handing a vendor deep access and oversight of core workflows.
