Google’s Playground puts no-code game creation and discovery in one AI interface
The experimental service spans the path from a typed game idea to a playable title inside a shared catalog.
The live Playground service uses a chat-based interface to turn text prompts into custom games in minutes, with no coding required. Users can choose genres, play community titles and distribute their creations, but the product is limited to adults in selected countries and may require a subscription. Combining creation and catalog access lets Google mediate which new games get made and found rather than supplying a production tool alone.
