TorrentClaw opens six-million-item index to agents, bypassing its own website
A torrent search service is pairing agent-native access with subscriptions, automated verification and takedown handling.
TorrentClaw has exposed its index of more than six million torrents through an MCP server, letting assistants search releases and fetch torrent files without users visiting the site. The service says some accounts make about 10,000 API requests a day, while $3.99 monthly subscriptions fund premium features and an AI-run system processes takedown notices. The model shows how an information index can win machine demand while surrendering the audience interface—and potentially increasing rights-enforcement pressure—as agents become the access layer.
