Anthropic launches Claude Duet as a proactive gateway to business information
A subscription agent monitors connected services, prepares briefings and carries work forward until approval is needed.
Claude Duet is a standalone mobile and web app that checks connected accounts every few hours, sends a morning brief and completes tasks on its own cloud computer. The waitlisted research preview is limited to US Pro and Max subscribers, shares their Claude usage allowance and requires approval before sending messages, making payments, signing documents or deleting anything. By deciding what needs attention across more than 6,000 connectors, Anthropic is positioning its agent—not each underlying service—as the primary professional information interface and holder of the demand signal.
